Bucks U16 Squad 2019 - 2020
Sunday 3rd November 2019 saw Aylesbury RFC kindly host the assessment and selection day for this years County U16 squad.
It was yet another high quality event with great rugby skills and potential on show.
A team of over 12 independent assessors, who kindly gave their time and expertise, spent the day assessing over 90 players in both technical skills session and live games. It is the assessors recommendations that lead to the final squad selection. Additionally the assessors and age group coaching staff identified a couple of development candidates who will also be invited to train with the squad to help with their rugby potential.
Congratulations to the lads below.. for those players who were not successful this time this is not the end.. there are further opportunities both with County and our Academy partner Wasps over the coming years. You should be proud to have made it through to this assessment day and making it such a tough job for the assessors. The coaches and assessors hope you learned from the experience.
