Mixed county senior men and women training session

The details are:

• Location - ARFC
• Time - 19:30hrs
• Date - 3rd Feb 2023
• Content - All non contact - but anything rugby with a rugby ball post warm up
• Coaches - All senior team coaches involved Rocky Clark, Tom French, Andy Reay and Nick Jones
• Players - 25 women & 25 men

The objective is to create a rugby learning environment where the enjoyment factor is high on the agenda. This session will support our squads to start preparing for this years county championship competition, if the evening is successful we will look to run other similar training sessions.
